I’ve been doing a lot lately. Got new Yoga and meditation classes on deck, been hustling to market and grow my businesses, and basically trying to make a dollar out of a dime. Plus there’s always basic household caretaking, and the cat don’t help (mooch).

Sistah been tired.

I woke up with my mind excited and racing, but I needed stillness. Tried meditating but it just wasn’t happening. So I took it back to basics.

I took a nap.

And I feel a LOT better.

We gotta do better at making time for rest. Get some sleep. Prioritize it. It can literally help heal your mind, body, and energy. It won’t change your life challenges, but it will give you the renewal to help face them.

Also, drink some water.
